Relaxation Sessions with LL Hypnotherapy
Now is the time to focus on your self-care!
Everyday life can be so stressful, especially in the current climate. My aim is to provide a relaxing experience that is accessible to everyone.
My relaxation classes allow you to escape the stresses and strains of everyday life. Come and enjoy mindfulness colouring or just taking the time to lie down or sit and relax. I will then take you on a relaxation journey.
Mats will be provided but please bring your own water, blankets and cushions as it can get chilly and it’s important that you are comfortable.
What is Hypnotherapy?
Hypnotherapy employs the use of hypnosis an altered state of consciousness caused by little more than the power of suggestion to help facilitate behavioral and emotional change. A trained hypnotherapist can cause a trancelike state in clients by using auditory, visual, or other perceptual cues.
How will hypnotherapy be used in a relaxation class?
I will –
- lead you into a deeply relaxed state – most people feel refreshed and relaxed
- Use suggestions of how to incorporate relaxation into your daily life
- gradually bring you out of the trance-like state. Most people feel refreshed and relaxed
Are you in control of me when I am under?
You’re fully in control when under hypnosis and do not have to take on the therapist’s suggestions if you do not want to.
If necessary, you can bring yourself out of the hypnotic state.
Hypnosis does not work if you do not want to be hypnotised.
Private Relaxation Sessions
Private Relaxation sessions for between 2-4 people can be booked on request at £30pp for an hour long session. These will take place in my therapy room at Headley.
